I’m Sai, a Licensed General Contractor and finish carpenter with over 30 years of hands-on experience in home repair, cabinetry, doors, trim and custom woodworking.
I work independently, so the person you message is the person who shows up and does the work. I especially enjoy projects that need careful finishing, modification, or a practical solution when the standard approach doesn’t quite work.
Based in Renton, I focus on nearby projects throughout South and East King County.
